Whatever your Managed Service scope, it will be delivered by experienced, UK based, staff. All of our 1st line support team have a minimum of 5 years industry experience when they join us and we ensure that, as a part of their development, we allow them time to achieve qualifications aligned to our support services. Our 2nd and 3rd line teams are industry recognised experts whose experience has been developed over years of exposure to the design, implementation, and support of hundreds of customer installations.
