Meet the Team
Meet our expert team of cloud architects, consultants and support superstars! Discover the people behind our Microsoft solutions, dedicated to your digital transformation
From time to time, we’ll be shining the spotlight on one of our fabulous team, giving you the chance to get to know a little more about the person behind the keyboard.
From what they do at work to their interests outside of it, it’s a chance to meet the people who make ElysianIT what it is.
In one or two sentences, what do you do at ElysianIT?
I help the team win new customers, keep them happy, and grow the business – basically part salesperson, part professional matchmaker.
What do you enjoy most about working at ElysianIT?
Everyone genuinely plays their part – no ivory towers, no egos. The founding directors roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and keep things fair and straight-talking… which makes coming to work refreshingly drama-free (oooh what a creep….)
Tell us about a recent piece of work you were involved in that made a difference?
We set ourselves a challenge to onboard four new organisations into our fully managed service – and ended up bringing in a fifth (and the biggest!). I’m claiming that as a win with bonus content.
How does your role help the business succeed?
I help steer the team towards thinking about the why, not just the how. Why should someone choose us? What’s different about the experience when they do? Also, I like to think I’m fun to work with… although no one has confirmed this!
Outside of work, what do you like to do to switch off?
A great book, a delicious glass of wine and something spicy to eat – preferably at the same time.
One tip or simple piece of advice you would give to a client or a new starter?
